The EME’s Santo restaurant and cocktail bar serves Mediterranean meals and has glass floors, so guests can admire the Roman ruins under the hotel. It is run by chef Martín Berasategui, who has 6 Michelin stars. The Santo Terrace restaurant and bar opens in mild weather and offers great views of the Cathedral and Giralda. Japanese cuisine is served in the Japo restaurant, while the relaxed Milagritos serves traditional tapas. There are also 2 comfortable bars.

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 5 days before date of arrival, 100 percent of the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 100 percent of total price of the reservation will be charged.

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child from 3 to 11 years is charged EUR 50 per night in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
