There are plenty of ways to discover the attractive city of Seville, and here are some of the most unusual ones:
Horse carriage:
You may take a special tour of the city on board of one of the traditional carriages drawn by horses. The carriages are stopped near the Dome and in Maria Luisa Park. A romantic and relaxing 45 minutes tour to discover the city costs about 45 Euro.
Tourist bus
This is the best way to have a quick view of the city. It is possible to drop on and off at one’s choice within the time of 24 hours, choosing among the various bus stops located in the most interesting points, like the Golden Tower and Spain Square. There are two bus companies operating this service, both of which are included in the Seville Card. Buses generally operate between 10 and 17 in winter, and from 10 to 20 in summer. A cruise on the river Guadalquivir
A boat cruise on river Guadalquivir, the only navigable river of Spain, will permit you to discover the hidden corners of the city, which would otherwise remain unknown. The boats depart from the wharf near Marques del Contadero (by the Golden Tower ), with departures every thirty minutes by 11.23 am. Audio guides in 6 languages are available, which will illustrate the main beauties of the city.
The boat tour is included in the Seville Card, otherwise the price is 16 euro.
